Following the success of "Legal guidelines: Labor law compliance and common errors made by enterprises" in May 2023, HM&P is pleased to announce that part 2 of this publication will be released on December 1, 2023.
Continuing and building upon the highlights from the previous section, HM&P will outline very common legal situations, related to the relationship between businesses and employees. In the process of consulting customers in practice, we have noticed these remarkable and very often made errors of many businesses. These errors can create legal risks for the business.
"Legal guidelines: Labor law compliance and common errors made by enterprises (Part 2)" is an elaborate publication and is drawn, researched and drafted by HM&P with the desire to support businesses to fully, effectively comply with the provisions of labor law and identify and overcome common errors in their operation.
