HM&P is looking for a Legal Associate with a desire to pursue a career in business law and focus on cross-border deals in M&A, securities, real estate, financing, capital markets, and arbitration to serve legal services to businesses in Vietnam.

This position is suitable for lawyers with experience working in a professional law firm environment, a strong legal foundation, and a desire to further develop their expertise in areas such as M&A, foreign investment, corporate, banking and finance, securities, real estate, capital markets and dispute resolution.
As a Legal Associate at HM&P, the candidate will work directly with Partners, Senior Associates and legal professionals to advise Vietnamese and international clients, conduct legal research, develop legal advice and solutions, draft, review and negotiate transaction documents, and coordinate the progress and quality of project implementation. HM&P highly values candidates who hold a lawyer practising certificate, possess sharp legal thinking, strong analytical and reasoning skills, proficiency in English for legal work, together with a strong sense of responsibility, integrity and a long-term commitment to developing their legal career.
