To register an e-identification account for an enterprise, the legal representative needs to use a level 02 personal e-identification account to log in to the National Identification Application (VNeID) and send a request for an account to the enterprise. While Vietnamese citizens are used to using citizen identification cards and VNeID, foreigners must actively carry out procedures to be issued a personal identification number and integrate information into this application.
