Guidance on registration for e-identification accounts for enterprises

From July 1, 2025, agencies and organizations will only use electronic identification accounts issued by the Ministry of Public Security to log in and carry out administrative procedures on the Public Service Portal. According to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 40 of Decree 69/2024/ND-CP, accounts currently created by the National Public Service Portal or the information system for handling administrative procedures are only valid until the end of June 30, 2025. In order to ensure that the access and implementation of administrative procedures are not interrupted, it is urgent for businesses at this time to register their electronic identification accounts to limit the interruption of access and implementation of administrative procedures on national public service websites.

1. What is an electronic enterprise identification account for?

The enterprise's e-identification account shall be used to log in, authenticate and use features and utilities on the national identification system, e-identification information pages such as dichvucong.gov.vn or dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn or other utilities that have been connected to the e-identification and authentication system in order to carry out administrative procedures,  public administrative services in the electronic environment and other activities according to the needs of electronic identity subjects[1].

At the same time, when using an electronic identification account, businesses must strictly comply with regulations on security, personal information management and responsibilities of related parties.
