In 5 November 2025 marks the 4th anniversary of  HM&P Law Firm – a not long journey but enough for us to deeply understand the difficulties, challenges and values of the legal profession when choosing a professional path.

From the aspirations of young people who love their profession and dare to dream big

Established in November 2021, HM&P was founded by young lawyers with the aspiration to create an innovative and differentiated approach to legal services in Vietnam. From the very beginning, we have always wanted HM&P to be a standard practice environment where every lawyer can work with wisdom, ethics and professional self-esteem.

Over the past four years, with slow but steady steps, HM&P has gradually affirmed its reputation and service quality. We are proud to have accompanied hundreds of customers, from start-ups to multinational corporations. Whoever our customers are, we are dedicated to serving with the highest standards of professionalism.

At this time, HM&P cannot boast of the size of hundreds of lawyers or hundreds of billions in revenue. But we are proud to have embarked on a methodical and steady journey, with a vision to go beyond numbers, prestigious awards to aim for sustainable value and leading reputation in the hearts of customers.

We always humbly listen to every suggestion and sharing of customers and colleagues, to constantly improve ourselves. Because each lawyer at HM&P understands that the legal profession is not only about consulting, but also about accompanying and serving the safe and sustainable development of the business in a volatile and challenging business environment.
