HM&P announces senior appointments

HM&P Law Firm (“HM&P”) is pleased to announce the following senior appointments:

• Mr. Nguyen Nhat Duong has been appointed as Senior Associate
• Ms. Cao Nguyen Bao Lien has been appointed as Associate

These appointments are effective from July 1, 2025.

Senior Associate – Mr. Nguyen Nhat Duong

Mr. Nguyen Nhat Duong joined HM&P in 2023 as an Associate and has since been one of the key members of the firm’s legal advisory team. Graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Economics and Law – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City in 2019, Mr. Duong has accumulated extensive experience through various roles at law firms and corporations. He has consistently demonstrated dedication, agility, and professionalism, earning recognition for both his legal expertise and professional ethics.

His appointment as Senior Associate is a well-deserved acknowledgment of his enduring contributions, value, and long-term commitment to HM&P. It also reflects the firm’s expectations for his continued leadership and technical excellence in the time ahead.

Associate – Ms. Cao Nguyen Bao Lien

Ms. Cao Nguyen Bao Lien exemplifies HM&P’s commitment to developing talent from within. Having joined the firm as a Legal Trainee in 2023, Ms. Lien has shown exceptional growth through her diligence, continuous learning, and effective involvement in key projects.

Graduating with Distinction in Civil Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, Ms. Lien is highly regarded for her systematic thinking, logical problem-solving, and professional demeanor.

Her appointment as Associate not only recognizes her personal efforts but also affirms the effectiveness of HM&P’s internal lawyer training and development model, a model that fosters sustainable growth in a culture that values legal expertise, professionalism, and ethical practice.
