With data and technology increasingly playing a central role in business operations as well as in legal compliance, HM&P Law Firm (“HM&P”) has officially appointed Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Engineer at HM&P, effective May 1, 2026.

This is a strategic step that clearly demonstrates HM&P's orientation in developing in-depth legal services related to data, technology and cybersecurity. The appointment is not only aimed at supplementing technical resources, but also towards tightly integrating technological capabilities into the legal service delivery process.
In his new role, Mr. Tuan will be directly involved in the development and implementation of technology solutions for internal operations, while supporting the team of lawyers in handling legal issues with technical elements – especially in areas such as AI and data, which are rapidly developing and pose many complex legal requirements.
Sharing about this orientation, Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc said:
“The appointment of Mr. Tuan, along with the plan to build an AI & Data team in the near future, is not just about strengthening technology resources. This is an important step to reshape the way HM&P provides legal services, in the direction of integrating legal expertise and technological capabilities. We expect our team of high-quality engineers to contribute to improving the quality of our services, while creating practical added value for our clients in the legal context that is increasingly tied to data and technology.”
This move further affirms HM&P's consistent orientation in applying technology in a substantive and systematic manner to its professional activities. In the coming time, HM&P will continue to invest in human resources and technology infrastructure, in order to improve the efficiency of service delivery and better meet the increasingly complex needs of customers, especially in the areas of new technology and digital transformation.
