HM&P is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Le Nguyen Mai Thao as the Operation Manager at HM&P, effective January 1, 2025. This strategic decision underscores our commitment to building an exceptional leadership team to meet the demands of sustainable development in the new phase ahead.
Ms. Le Nguyen Mai Thao graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Hoa Sen University and possesses nearly a decade of experience in administrative and human resource management within Government Agencies and private enterprises. During her tenure at the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, Ms. Thao contributed significantly to the management of administrative procedures and the organization of key conferences and training sessions. In the private sector, she further established her expertise by excelling in human resource management and optimizing operational processes.
In her new role, Ms. Thao is committed to further improving administrative and operational procedures at HM&P. Leveraging her expertise and experience, she will provide maximum support to clients and related departments to ensure the company’s operational efficiency throughout 2025. We are confident that her proficiency in English and advanced IT skills, honed over many years, will enable her to manage HM&P’s operations with precision and effectiveness, meeting the demands of a modern and professional work environment.
