View of the 24th Vietnam Information and Communication Technology Development Cooperation Workshop
On September 21 and 22, representatives of HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P"), Director - Managing Lawyer Nguyen Van Phuc and more than 1,000 delegates, representatives of provincial leaders and hundreds of enterprises across the country participated in the 24th Vietnam Information and Communication Technology Development Cooperation Workshop which opened in Binh Dinh. The main purpose of the workshop is to share, discuss and find solutions for ICT development cooperation, focusing on 3 pillars: Digital Government, Digital Economy, Digital Society. On this occasion, HM&P participated with the desire to explore digital transformation opportunities in operations and business processes to contribute to providing the best quality services to our clients in the legal field. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for HM&P to meet with clients and partners within the framework of the conference to grasp the demand for legal services of information technology enterprises and other businesses in the coming time, especially in the period when the State and businesses are comprehensively promoting digital transformation activities.
The Vietnam Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Development Cooperation Workshop is a national event organized annually by the Vietnam Informatics Association in collaboration with the Ministry of Information and Communications and People's Committees of provinces and cities.
The workshop is a forum for policy makers, leaders and experts to share experiences and cooperate in ICT development between ministries, central agencies and provinces and cities nationwide to promote digital transformation, build modern e-government/digital government, synchronously, promote administrative reform, serve people and enterprises, and contribute to socio-economic development.

Speaking at the workshop, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Huy Dung said: "Digital data and digital platforms are fundamental components of national digital transformation. Data is born from platforms and mined by platforms. With data, the platform will work effectively. By using the platform, new data will be generated. These two elements are independent but inextricably linked and inseparable. The National Digital Transformation Commission has designated 2022 as the “Year of putting people on digital platforms”, and 2023 as the "National Digital Data Year".
