    On the afternoon of October 29, 2025, representative of HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P"), Partner Nguyen Ngoc Tra My, attended the Vietnam Industrial Property Forum 2025 (VIPF) with the theme "Embracing change – Positioned to Lead", organized by the Finance – Investment Newspaper and the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA) in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance in Ho Chi Minh City. The event brings together domestic and foreign policymakers, experts, investors and representatives of more than 300 enterprises developing industrial park infrastructure, logistics and industrial production in order to assess the position and development potential of Vietnam's industrial real estate in the new context of the market and identify room for growth in the coming period.

     

     

    The theme "Embracing change – Positioned to Lead" shows Vietnam's proactive spirit in maintaining its position as a strategic investment destination and catching up with new global trends such as digital transformation, green growth, circular economy and restructuring of international value chains. Within the framework of the program, two in-depth discussion sessions with the topics "Maintaining position in global movement" and "Vietnam's industrial real estate before the new growth cycle" brought multi-dimensional analysis, practical recommendations and practical solutions for management agencies and businesses in building a modern industrial real estate market.  sustainable and highly competitive.

    Speaking at the opening of the Forum, Editor-in-Chief of Finance and Investment Newspaper Mr. Pham Van Hoanh said that Vietnam is maintaining a strong growth momentum after the pandemic, becoming a "bright spot of the region" with increasing confidence from international investors. In the first 9 months of 2025, registered FDI reached 28.5 billion USD, up 15.2%, and disbursed capital reached 18.8 billion USD, up 8.5% over the same period. By the end of 2024, the country has 447 industrial parks with an area of more than 134,600 hectares, attracting over 11,200 FDI projects and 10,600 domestic investment projects, with an average occupancy rate of over 73%, showing the growing role of industrial real estate in attracting investment and socio-economic development.

    In addition, Lawyer My had a discussion with speakers focusing on analyzing opportunities and challenges in industrial real estate development such as land fund planning, transport infrastructure, human resources and requirements for compliance with green development standards. In addition, Lawyer My also emphasized the role of stable and transparent legal policies and frameworks, considering this as a fundamental factor for the market to maintain sustainable growth momentum and attract high-quality FDI inflows.
