HM&P Delegation Participated In The Year 2023 Of Annual General Meetings Of Shareholders Of Listed Companies

The month of April is the time to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of many public companies in Vietnam. After releasing the publication on "Legal Guidelines: Holding a General Meeting of Shareholders – Detailed Guidance for Joint Stock Company", Our Lawyers and Legal Assistants had attended a series of Annual General Meetings of Shareholders ("AGMS") of numerous listed companies in Vietnam. Besides assisting companies to comply with the regulations on holding the AGMS, it is also an opportunity for our young Lawyers and Assistants clearly perceive the detailed procedures of holding an annual general meeting of shareholders in practice.

As aforementioned, during April 2023, HM&P delegation attended a serial of number of the corporations’ AGMS, including Masan Group Joint Stock Company, Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company, Viet Dragon Securities Corporation, etc.

All of them are large-scale enterprises, operating and leading corporations in many industries such as retail banking, petroleum production, consumer goods, etc. Attending the AGMS of these companies is intended to help HM&P collect practical materials for the consulting process for clients, ensuring the most effective AGMS meeting on the basis of compliance with legal regulations. In addition, this is also a great opportunity for our young lawyers and experts to gain practical experience and verify the procedures in practice that the important lessons for them apply in the course of their practicing.
