HM&P lawyer attended "Work the Nordic Way 2025" workshop

On November 20, 2025, Partner Nguyen Ngoc Tra My, representing HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P"), attended the "Work the Nordic Way 2025" workshop organized by NordCham Vietnam at New World Saigon Hotel. This is a workshop introducing the Nordic working style, bringing together many businesses and organizations such as LEGO, Novo Nordisk, ECCO Vietnam, Vestas, Konecranes, Manpower, Work in Finland, Oulu University, Decision Lab and Ekko, as well as speakers from embassies, business associations and international businesses operating in Vietnam. In particular, the Talent Zone provides an opportunity to connect directly with Nordic and Vietnamese businesses, helping HM&P better understand the working environment under this model.

The workshop "Work the Nordic Way 2025" is designed as a journey to experience Nordic work culture, where business leaders share how to apply Nordic values to governance for sustainable development, attract and retain talent. The program consists of a series of 06 interactive workshops focusing on Nordic working spirit and how to apply it to the Vietnamese business context, helping to transform inspiration into specific strategies, models and solutions for startups, SMEs and individual projects.

Lawyer My finds that the core values of the Nordic working model are also in line with the trend of improving laws in Vietnam in the fields of labor, occupational safety and health, corporate governance and personal data protection. Lawyer My said:

This is also the orientation that many legal policies in Vietnam are aiming for.
