HM&P Managing Partner attended business meeting with Taiwanese enterprises

On May 21, 2024, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, the Managing Partner of HM&P, represented the firm at a business exchange meeting with Taiwanese enterprises, as part of the event "Taiwan Trade Mission to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam 2024" held at the Lotte Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City. Over 100 Taiwanese and Vietnamese enterprises in various fields attended the event, such as finance, services, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, etc. 

At the meeting, Lawyer Nguyen Van Phuc introduced HM&P's main activities in the legal field. He emphasized that one of HM&P's outstanding strengths is to provide advice and conduct investment and trade procedures for foreign enterprises wishing to invest and do business in Vietnam. HM&P specializes in assisting and guiding businesses in establishing a commercial presence in Vietnam, including the establishment of foreign-invested enterprises, branches, representative offices of foreign traders, and business operations under BCC contracts. 

In addition, HM&P advises companies on market entry conditions, business operation conditions, and the necessary legal documents for legal operations in specific industries with special requirements. 

In discussions with representatives of Taiwanese enterprises, Lawyer Nguyen Van Phuc observed a strong desire among Taiwanese enterprises to expand their operations in Vietnam, a large and potential market. However, he also noted that Taiwanese companies want to gradually approach the Vietnamese market through various forms, from simple to complex.

In addition to exchanging information, HM&P signed memoranda of understanding with service units to promote promotion channels and cooperation with Taiwanese enterprises at this meeting.
