HM&P participated in a training on new chemical regulations organized by the Department of Chemicals – Ministry of Industry and Trade in Ho Chi Minh City

On October 17, 2025, Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc and Legal Assistant Nguyen Viet Hung represented HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P") to attend the Conference on the implementation of legal regulations on chemical safety in the industrial sector in Ho Chi Minh City. At the opening of the conference, representatives of the Department of Chemicals, Ministry of Industry and Trade disseminated new contents of the Law on Chemicals, along with points to note in risk assessment, emergency response planning, import control, use of hazardous chemicals and compliance with safety conditions in production.  chemical business. In addition, the management agency also instructs enterprises to carry out legal procedures according to the new regulations, including registering chemical activities, declaring chemicals and developing periodic reports on chemical safety in the direction of consistency, transparency and conformity with production practices.
