    On January 3, 2025, Executive Lawyer Nguyen Van Phuc represented HM&P at the 5th “Ho Chi Minh City Golden Brand Awards 2024.” The event was held in a formal ceremony at the Gem Center, co-organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade and Saigon Economic Times Magazine. This program is one of the most significant annual events, honoring outstanding businesses that contribute to enhancing the prestige and value of the national brand. Notably, in the special edition on the Golden Brand by Saigon Economic Times Magazine, HM&P’s lawyers authored two insightful articles on leveraging FTAs (Free Trade Agreements): “Expanding Markets Through FTAs – Turning Challenges into Opportunities” by Lawyers Nguyen Nhat Duong and Ho Tran Phu Loc, and “Rules of Origin – A Key Challenge for Vietnamese Businesses” by Lawyers Nguyen Van Phuc and Ho Tran Phu Loc.
