This is a position for lawyers with solid practice experience, the ability to independently manage cases and the desire to take on a leading role in complex transactions and consulting projects.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work directly with Partner Lawyers and advise clients in a wide range of areas such as M&A, corporate, investment, banking, finance, capital markets, labor, dispute resolution and cross-border commercial transactions.

This position is for lawyers with a good legal background, sharp analytical thinking, solid research and drafting skills, and a spirit of active learning and desire to develop a career in the field of legal consultancy for businesses.
This is an opportunity for candidates to directly participate in a variety of transactions, projects and legal cases under the guidance of experienced lawyers, thereby gradually developing their professional capacity and practice skills in a professional environment.
