The role of IT (Data & AI) in HM&P's operations

At HM&P, IT not only takes on a purely technical role but also participates in supporting activities related to data management, optimizing workflows and implementing technology solutions for professional work. IT (Data & AI) personnel directly build and train internal data systems, digital tools and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that data is managed safely, efficiently and in accordance with the actual requirements of the company.

During the working process, IT (Data & AI) personnel at HM&P are facilitated to develop through the following contents:

• Participate in building and deploying technology applications and tools that directly serve the company's internal work and professional activities.
• Training, guiding and transferring the use of software, digital tools and chatbots to relevant departments, ensuring that the application of technology is used effectively in practice.
• Participate in the due diligence and evaluation of AI software, applications, and solutions purchased from external vendors, including suitability, efficiency, and technical risks.
• Build, manage and gradually complete the company's specialized legal database, serving research, search and professional support.
• Participate in the development and implementation of AI technology application strategies in accordance with the development orientation and actual needs of HM&P.
• Coordinate the implementation of measures to ensure information security and cybersecurity, in order to protect the system, internal data and technology tools in use.
