The development of a legal team with professional capacity and the ability to meet the increasingly diverse requirements of clients has always been one of the key factors in the orientation of HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P"). In addition to recruiting experienced personnel, HM&P also focuses on developing the team from potential young candidates from the early stages. With that orientation, HM&P officially recruits 02 Legal Interns, aiming at candidates who have the desire and orientation to become lawyers operating in a professional law firm, with a sense of responsibility at work and consistency.
At HM&P, the training process is not only measured by the accumulated knowledge, but also by the ability to handle work with care, logical thinking and a serious attitude in each assigned task. At the internship stage, direct access to jobs such as researching legal regulations, assisting in drafting documents and preparing documents not only helps candidates get acquainted with practical requirements, but also serves as a basis for forming a foundation for practice in a methodical way.
