HM&P welcomes new Lawyers to the team

HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P") is pleased to announce the welcome of 02 Associates to HM&P's team accompanying the increasingly complex legal needs of corporate clients.

1. Lawyer Lu Hoang Duc:

With more than 06 years of experience in the field of finance – banking and corporate law, Lawyer Lu Hoang Duc focuses on practicing in the field of legal consultancy for the operation and product development activities of credit institutions.

Prior to joining HM&P, he worked at Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB), directly involved in legal review, internal regulatory framework development and business process improvement. These experiences give him a practical approach to enhancing legal compliance and risk control in banking operations.

In addition, Lawyer Duc also participates in projects related to digital transformation and technology application in the financial sector, advising on legal issues arising in the process of deploying technology products and solutions, contributing to ensuring compliance with the current legal framework.

2. Lawyer Ta Phuong Thao:

Lawyer Ta Phuong Thao has a diverse background of experience in the field of corporate law, with a focus on internal compliance consulting, corporate governance and legal operation support in business activities.

In the process of working, she has directly participated in drafting, reviewing and standardizing the contract system and internal processes; support businesses in completing legal documents, applying for licenses, as well as ensuring compliance with legal regulations in daily operations.

In addition, Lawyer Thao also has experience working with state agencies, carrying out legal procedures related to labor, insurance and enterprises; at the same time, participate in handling arising legal issues, including disputes and situations that require legal risk assessment in business activities.
