HM&P’s lawyer participates in the “Vietnam Connect Forum 2025” in Hanoi

On April 23, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Managing Partner of HM&P Law Firm (“HM&P”), attended the Vietnam Connect Forum 2025 at the International Convention Center in Hanoi. At the forum, Mr. Phuc shared practical insights from his experience advising FDI enterprises on legal issues related to foreign investment in Vietnam. These included ensuring legal compliance throughout the implementation of FDI projects, advising on technology transfer agreements and intellectual property matters, assessing legal risks in cross-border M&A transactions, and establishing cooperative frameworks between foreign-invested and domestic enterprises to optimize resources and enhance operational efficiency.

Mr. Phuc emphasized that, in light of increasing global economic uncertainties, building a sustainable and well-governed FDI strategy is a key factor for Vietnam to effectively seize investment opportunities while mitigating challenges related to legal frameworks, governance, and regulatory compliance.
