On the afternoon of May 7, HM&P representative, our Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc, was at the Park Hyatt Hotel Saigon to participate in the workshop "SACE Meets Vietnam". The workshop was organized by the Italian Export Credit Agency (SACE), under the patronage of the Italian Embassy in Hanoi and the Italian Consulate in HCMC, and supported by ICHAM. The event will include discussions on topics such as the state of Vietnam's economy, the trade relationship between Italy and Vietnam over the years, and the role of SACE in this trade relationship. At the same time, the event is a milestone that marks the first destination in SACE's journey to expand its operations in Southeast Asia.

According to SACE, with the region's leading economic growth, reaching nearly 5% of GDP from 2018 to 2022, Vietnam has become an attractive choice for businesses and investors from Italy. In 2023, trade between Italy and Vietnam has exceeded 6 billion euros.
