Investment in Vietnam: Some typical obstacles

Based on the practical experience of HM&P Law Firm's Lawyers in providing legal services to clients in the investment practice, HM&P have compiled questions and prepared corresponding answers on the common issues that investors often encounter, resulting in the publication "Investing in Vietnam: Some typical obstacles".

In this publication, we focus on important issues related to investment security, preferential treatment and investment support, forms of investment, to procedures to be carried out by investors according to legal regulations. We hope that, through this publication, HM&P can provide some answers to the questions of investors, including domestic and foreign investors in Vietnam.

However, this publication serves as a basic guide and cannot cover all legal regulations and investors' questions comprehensively. Therefore, HM&P sincerely hope to receive sympathetic responses and positive criticisms from investors, enterprises, and our colleagues from other firms.
