Lam Trong Kha is the Director of External Relations at HM&P, with a diverse professional background spanning legal affairs, governance, management, strategic planning and business development. At HM&P, he contributes to advancing external relations, developing relationships with the business community and partners, and supporting the Company’s sustainable development direction in an increasingly competitive and internationalised legal services market.
Before joining HM&P, Mr. Kha held various key positions in legal affairs, management, governance and strategic planning at different businesses. In particular, during his many years at TTC Group, he made significant contributions to the Group’s development, thereby gaining practical experience in aligning legal and governance requirements with business objectives.
With experience across a range of sectors, including real estate, logistics, human resources and business development, Mr. Kha is able to approach issues from a multidisciplinary perspective and adapt flexibly to market changes. This background supports him in building relationships with the business community, identifying cooperation opportunities and helping connect HM&P with domestic and international partners and clients.
In addition to his practical experience, Mr. Kha has an academic background in law, holding a Bachelor of International Law and a Master of Economic Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. He was also one of 27 young leaders selected from more than 2,000 applicants to receive a full scholarship for the seventh cohort of the Institute of Potential Leaders (IPL) programme developed by PACE Institute of Management.
On 1 July 2024, Mr. Kha was officially appointed as Director of External Relations at HM&P. In this capacity, he contributes to advancing external relations, business networking and the development of cooperative relationships, thereby supporting HM&P in expanding its network, enhancing market access and pursuing professional and sustainable growth aligned with international standards.
