Lu Hoang Duc

Lawyer Lu Hoang Duc joined HM&P as an Associate, with more than 06 years of experience in the field of finance – banking, corporate and capital markets, with a focus on legal advice for the operation and product development activities of credit institutions. Prior to joining HM&P, he held the position of Legal Officer at Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB), where he was directly involved in advising and coordinating the development of internal products, regulations and processes to ensure legal compliance and effective risk management in banking operations.

During his practice, Lawyer Duc also has experience in participating in digitalization projects and technology application in banking and corporate activities, focusing on integrating new technology solutions in line with market trends, while ensuring compliance with current legal regulations and limiting legal risks related to the company. information technology and digital transformation. The practice of working in the financial and banking environment helps him to have a comprehensive perspective on the relationship between law, technology and business activities in the context of the growing capital market.

Mr. Duc graduated with a Bachelor of Economic Law from the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. He was awarded the ABG Open 8 Young Leaders Scholarship of the ABG Leadership Institute – a program aimed at connecting and developing the next generation of young leaders with the capacity, vision and spirit to contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnam.
