M&A Lawyer Pham Thanh Huy officially joins HM&P

HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P") is pleased to welcome Mr. Pham Thanh Huy to the team as an Associate. The presence of Lawyer Huy is an important addition to HM&P's strategy to expand and improve the quality of legal services, especially in the fields of corporate, investment, real estate and M&A.

With more than 08 years of practicing experience, Mr. Huy has participated in consulting for many large domestic and foreign corporations and enterprises, such as Far Eastern Group (Taiwan), NovaGroup (Vietnam) and GS E&C Group (Korea). During his career, Mr. Huy has directly supported real estate, construction, energy and service development projects, as well as participated in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and complex investment projects.

In addition to his strengths in corporate and investment consulting, Mr. Huy also has in-depth experience in consulting on compliance with laws on occupational safety, environment, energy and chemical management, especially in rooftop solar projects, fire protection systems and energy supply contracts. He has also assisted many FDI enterprises in establishing investment structures, applying for operating licenses and handling problems arising during operation.

Lawyer Huy graduated with a Bachelor of Commercial – Civil Law and a Master of Economic Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and the Vietnam Bar Federation. With a strong academic background and proficiency in English in an international working environment, Mr. Huy is expected to contribute positively to the development and specialization of legal services at HM&P.
