Lawyer Nguyen Ngoc Tra My joined HM&P as a Partner, overseeing the firm’s dispute resolution and litigation practice. Graduating with distinction from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and bringing nearly 15 years of legal practice experience at leading law firms and major corporations both in Vietnam and abroad, she is a key member contributing to the enhancement of HM&P’s legal service quality.

Throughout her career, Ms. Tra My has advised and handled a wide range of complex legal matters, particularly in the areas of commercial, civil, corporate, and investment disputes. Known for her professionalism, decisiveness, and practical problem-solving skills, she has consistently earned the trust and confidence of clients domestically and internationally.

She has notable expertise in cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings. In addition, she regularly advises corporate clients on matters related to internal governance, transaction structuring, and risk mitigation strategies.
