Nguyen Thi Nhan

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan has joined HM&P as a Counsel, bringing over 13 years of experience in the legal sector, particularly in industrial and residential real estate projects. Before joining HM&P, Ms. Nhan made significant contributions at major corporations such as Long Hau Joint Stock Company and Novaland Group, where she held the position of Head of Project Legal Department. With extensive experience in legal advisory, structuring, and implementing legal strategies for large-scale projects, she has played a pivotal role in ensuring the success and sustainable growth of various businesses.

As a seasoned legal expert, Ms. Nhan possesses in-depth expertise in handling complex legal matters, ranging from contract negotiations and dispute resolution to providing strategic counsel for major investment projects. Backed by a solid educational background, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and was granted a lawyer practicing certificate in 2018. Since 2020, she has been an official member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
