Nguyen Van Dong

Mr. Dong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and securities. He has deep expertise in M&A advisory, IPO/listing advisory, restructuring and capital raising.

Mr. Dong holds a Bachelor of Business Law and a Master of Finance and Banking from the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City. He also holds a Practicing Certificate of Financial Analysis from the State Securities Commission. He is fluent in English and has a basic proficiency of Japanese. Through years of managing cross-border collaborations and M&A deals, Mr. Dong has built an extensive network of relationships with domestic and international partners and investors, including those from Japan, South Korea, Thailand and Singapore.

Currently, Mr. Dong is the founder and CEO of DHV Consulting and Investment Co., Ltd. and serves on the Board of Directors of Quang Ngai Sugar JSC. Prior to founding DHV, he held key positions at Dragon Viet Securities Joint Stock Company and Thang Loi Group.

With his extensive experience and deep expertise, Mr. Dong is a trusted senior advisor dedicated to providing comprehensive and optimal solutions and advice to HM&P's clients.
