Pham Thanh Huy

Pham Thanh Huy joined HM&P as a Senior Associate, with more than 08 years of experience in the field of corporate, investment and real estate law, with strengths in advising, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, investment projects and M&A transactions.  He has held legal positions at many large domestic and foreign corporations and enterprises such as Far Eastern Group (Taiwan), NovaGroup (Vietnam) and GS E&C Group (Korea), where he directly participated in consulting real estate development projects, construction, etc.  energy and services.

During his practice, Lawyer Huy has assisted many FDI enterprises in establishing investment structures, applying for operating licenses, reviewing legal compliance and handling issues arising in operation. He also has significant experience in legal advice related to occupational safety, environment, energy and chemical management, especially rooftop solar projects, fire protection systems and energy supply contracts with domestic and foreign partners.

Lawyer Huy graduated from the High-Quality Bachelor of Laws program (Commercial – Civil – International Law) at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and later obtained a Master of Economic Law from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City to further enhance his research capability and professional expertise in corporate legal practice. He has been granted a Lawyer Practicing Certificate and is proficient in English in an international working environment, particularly in analyzing, drafting, and negotiating complex legal documents.
