2. The order of execution
3. A few notes on performing the reporting procedures:
- For the ROs that have been granted an RO lookup code, please skip Step 2.
- For the RO that have not yet been granted the RO lookup code, when performing Step 2, the RO sends a copy of the Referral Letter (the RO's Introduction to the person sending the email) via email to the person in charge of the Department of Industry and Trade, depending on the country where the foreign trader is registered. Specifically, the email address of the RO can be found at the following address: http://bit.ly/bcvpdd-2023
- If the RO fails to submit the dossier on time as mentioned above, the RO will be considered as not implementing the periodic reporting system as required by law. Administrative fines ranging from VND 20,000,000 to VND 40,000,000[2] may be imposed on the RO. If this happens within 02 (two) consecutive years, the RO may have its Establishment License revoked[3]. Therefore, the RO must pay attention to the due date for submitting reports in order to comply with the procedure.
