Ta Phuong Thao

Ms. Ta Phuong Thao joins HM&P as an Associate, with a background in corporate law, internal governance and legal compliance. She focuses on practicing legal advice for business operations, including building and reviewing contract systems, internal processes and supporting businesses to operate and comply in the business process.

During his practice, Lawyer Thao has directly participated in drafting, reviewing and standardizing the system of contracts and internal documents; at the same time, support the implementation of legal procedures with state agencies related to business registration, labor and insurance. In addition, she has experience in managing and controlling legal compliance in business operations, participating in risk assessment, supporting dispute resolution and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure legal compliance, thereby contributing to improving the efficiency of internal governance and minimizing legal risks.

Ms. Thao will be granted a law practice certificate in 2026. With practical experience in the field of corporate law, HM&P believes that Ms. Thao's participation in HM&P's team will contribute to providing effective legal solutions, meeting the diverse needs of clients, while improving the quality of the firm's legal services and aiming for sustainable development in the coming time.
