HM&P is looking for a Trainee Lawyer with a desire to pursue a career in business law and focus on cross-border deals in M&A, securities, real estate, financing, capital markets, and arbitration to serve legal services to businesses in Vietnam.

This position is suitable for candidates who have graduated with a law degree, completed the lawyer training program, gained working experience at a law firm, and wish to continue developing their professional expertise through legal transactions and projects in areas such as M&A, foreign investment, corporate, banking and finance, securities, real estate, capital markets and dispute resolution.
As a Trainee Lawyer at HM&P, the candidate will work with Partners, Associates and legal professionals to support the provision of legal advice to Vietnamese and international clients, conduct legal research, analyze case files and transaction documents, assist in developing legal advice and solutions, draft and review transaction documents, and coordinate workstreams in accordance with the requirements of each project. HM&P highly values candidates with a solid legal foundation, logical thinking, clear analytical and reasoning skills, good command of Vietnamese and English in a professional context, together with a strong sense of responsibility, diligence, integrity and a long-term commitment to developing their legal career.
