On March 10, 2026, representative of HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P"), Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc attended the thematic forum "2026 Annual General Meeting – Compliance or Breakthrough, Efficiency or Sustainability" at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. The forum was organized by the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD) in collaboration with the State Securities Commission and the Vietnam Stock Exchange. The forum gathered nearly 1,000 delegates who are leaders of listed enterprises, investment funds, financial institutions and capital market experts, focusing on discussing the key issues of the 2026 General Meeting of Shareholders, especially the requirements to improve corporate governance standards. information transparency and strengthening investor confidence in the context that Vietnam's stock market is moving towards higher development standards.
