On the afternoon of October 29, 2025, representative of HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P"), Partner Nguyen Ngoc Tra My, attended the Vietnam Industrial Property Forum 2025 (VIPF) with the theme "Embracing change – Positioned to Lead", organized by the Finance – Investment Newspaper and the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA) in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance in Ho Chi Minh City. The event brings together domestic and foreign policymakers, experts, investors and representatives of more than 300 enterprises developing industrial park infrastructure, logistics and industrial production in order to assess the position and development potential of Vietnam's industrial real estate in the new context of the market and identify room for growth in the coming period.
On October 21, 2025, representative of HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P"), Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc attended the International Forum "Scaling-up digital investments: Connecting the European tech business offer with Vietnam’s digital future" held in Ho Chi Minh City. The event was organized by the Delegation of the European Union (EU) to Vietnam, D4D Hub, AVSE Global and EuroCham Vietnam, with the gathering of representatives of regulatory agencies, international organizations, technology enterprises and leading technology companies to promote investment cooperation and technology transfer between Vietnam and the EU in the digital era.
During the series of events from October 11 to 13, 2025, Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc representing HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P"), attended the 38th LAWASIA Conference 2025 organized by the Vietnam Bar Association in collaboration with LAWASIA in Hanoi. With the theme "Transacting in the Asia-Pacific – Legal, Cultural and Environmental Challenges", the conference attracted the participation of 579 delegates from 41 countries and territories, including leaders of the Government of Vietnam, representatives of regional bar organizations, academics and hundreds of lawyers practicing internationally.
On October 16, 2025, HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P") represented by Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc, Partner Nguyen Ngoc Tra My and Senior Associate Nguyen Nhat Duong participated in a training for nearly 100 businesses with the theme "Protecting customer personal data in corporate branding" organized by The Saigon Times in collaboration with the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City. This is an event in a series of activities to support businesses to win the Ho Chi Minh City Gold Brand Award, in order to equip the business community with the necessary knowledge and tools to adapt to the context of the Law on Personal Data Protection (PDP) 2025 will officially take effect from January 1, 2026.

The protection of personal data has thus gone beyond a technical requirement, becoming a mandatory legal standard and a key factor in ensuring the reputation, safety and sustainability of business. In particular, when the Law on Personal Data Protection (PDP) in 2025 is passed and will take effect from January 1, 2026, the requirement to comply with the law in this field has become even more urgent for the business community.
