Recently, the Managing Partner of HM&P shared his thoughts with the Saigon Times regarding the challenges and issues in tax management for livestream activities on social media platforms.
The explosion of livestream activities on social media platforms has made tax management by the government more complex and challenging. Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Managing Partner of HM&P, shared some of his views on this issue.

Over 100 Taiwanese and Vietnamese enterprises in various fields attended the event, such as finance, services, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, etc.

Business Luncheon organized by the Department of Commerce, Austrian Embassy in Vietnam is an opportunity to meet, exchange and connect extensively for business purposes for leaders of Austrian businesses. The protection of personal data is an urgent requirement today. In order to meet this requirement, the government has issued Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on the Protection of Personal Data. However, in the process of applying this decree, many problems have arisen that need to be addressed from a business perspective. Ho Chi Minh organized a conference: "Protecting Personal Data in the Digital Environment - Comparative Study of Vietnamese and Thai Law" on July 4, 2024.
