On November 8, 2024, in the "Business and Law" program on Ho Chi Minh City’s Voice of the People Radio (VOH), Lawyer Nguyen Nhat Duong, representing HM&P Law Firm, provided legal perspectives on business conditions of the cross-border e-commerce platform Temu, as well as the legal requirements these businesses must comply with in Vietnam.

On November 6, 2024, the “Nautilus Business Matching” event took place at Lotte Saigon Hotel, bringing together leading corporations and businesses from South Korea. Representing HM&P Law Firm, the Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc and Trainee Lawyer Cao Nguyen Bao Lien had the honor of participating and providing strategic legal solutions to international corporations.
On September 24, 2024, the Slovenia-Vietnam Business Forum 2024 was held at the Sofitel Saigon Plaza Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, co-organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam and the Ministry of Economy, Tourism, and Sport of Slovenia. The event saw the participation of Mr. Alenka Suhadolnik, Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia in Beijing, Ms. Vesna Nahtigal, Director General of SPIRIT, as well as representatives from over 100 businesses from both countries. Representing HM&P Law Firm, Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc engaged in discussions with businesses from both countries regarding the potential for business and investment cooperation between Vietnam and Slovenia.
On October 26, 2024, at the Adora Center in Ho Chi Minh City, the Quang Ngai Entrepreneurs Club in Ho Chi Minh City hosted the program “Quang Ngai Entrepreneurs and Friends Day” with the theme “Broad Heart - High Vision”. The event was honored to welcome Mr. Nguyen Cao Phuc, Standing Vice Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Council, along with representatives from Quang Ngai provincial authorities, the Executive Committee of the Quang Ngai Fellow-Countrymen Association in Ho Chi Minh City, the Quang Ngai Entrepreneurs Club, local district and commune fellow-countrymen associations, as well as a large number of entrepreneurs, artists, intellectuals, and partners from across the country.
On September 24, 2024, HM&P Law Firm, represented by Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc, was honored to participate in the Promotion Conference for the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor between Chongqing (China) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). This event was part of the Ho Chi Minh City Dialogue 2024, held over two days from September 23 to 24.

On August 15, 2024, representatives from HM&P Law Firm ("HM&P"), led by Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc, participated in a technical meeting with the Ministry of Planning and Investment, alongside representatives from the Investment and Trade Working Group of the Vietnam Business Forum (“VBF”). The meeting focused on discussing outstanding issues related to the amendment and supplementation of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP on business registration.
