On December 15, 2024, HM&P Law Firm (“HM&P”) was honored to participate in the 7th Annual Corporate Governance Forum (AF7). The event, held in the prestigious atmosphere of the New World Saigon Hotel, featured the attendance of leading domestic and international experts and was organized by the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD), with the support of prominent international organizations and regulatory bodies such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
On December 11, 2024, Managing Partner Nguyen Van Phuc and Counsel Nguyen Van Dong represented HM&P Law Firm (“HM&P”) at the LHC Partner Summit 2024 under the theme “Unlocking New Investment Opportunities”, organized by Long Hau Corporation (“LHC”) at the New World Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. On November 28, 2024, the Vietnam - Poland Business Forum 2024 was successfully held at the Hilton Saigon Hotel, organized by the Polish Investment & Trade Agency and the Gdańsk Port Authority. On the afternoon of November 27, 2024, the "Vietnam-Bulgaria Business Forum" was successfully held at the Rex Hotel Saigon, bringing together high-ranking leaders from both nations. The forum welcomed the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, the Bulgarian Ambassador to Vietnam, Pavlin Todorov, and a delegation of Bulgarian representatives. From Vietnam, the attendees included Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, Vo Van Hoan, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC), Mr. Tran Phu Lu, and Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment, Mr. Quach Ngoc Tuan.
